Kentex has two factories; one is located in Hangzhou, the other in Qingpu. These two factories mainly manufacture jacquard fabrics and finished textile products. There are over 700 staff members, among which there are 35 senior administrators and 80 professional technical people. There are 160 homemade rapiers, 20 dobbies, 25 homemade and imported large electronic Jacquards, 5 warping machines, 15 testing machines, 1 computerized auto-embroidery machine and 80 electro-montional flat sartoriuses. The output of Jacquard fabrics can reach 500,000 meters within one month, while the finished products can reach 50,000-100,000 pcs monthly. The average sales volume can reach US $1.5 million.
